Most people who know me, know that I am a very sensitive person. I am sensitive to the needs of others, to other's feelings, and often get my feelings hurt, because I am too trusting. But, to most of my friends, being sensitive, is why they like me. Recently, I have been too trusting of some people, and have had my feelings deeply hurt. For instance, if you are going to have a get together with "all of the friends" and I am NOT invited, and you don't want me to find out, then DON'T blog about it, when you know I read your blog! This just recently happened to me (AGAIN), and the "excuse" I was given for not being told about it/being invited, is because " I knew you were going to react this way whether I told you about the get together before or after it happened." Having said this, there is now a whole group of blogs, I will no longer be reading, because I figure, if I don't know what I'm NOT invited to, I won't get hurt anymore, and I've deleted these same people from my Facebook. You can't call me "friend", and then treat me this way. Pete's so right, blogging is like Facebook, it's "out there" for the world to see, and unless you have a private blog or have your settings on Facebook set to ultra private, you really have to be careful/sensitive to others.Tuesday, February 10, 2009
