Sorry it's been SOOOOOO long. We have been having a lot of health issues in our home the last while. I am starting

to feel like our local ER is becoming a normal place to be. Pete has been having some MAJOR health setbacks,

which may lead to him possibly having to switch jobs, and/or, us, possibly moving out of the Fraser Valley. I

won't get into what his actual health issues are, because Pete is VERY private (send me a private mssg on

Facebook, and I'll ask Pete if I can share). It has been very scary at times, and we are trying our best, to totally

change our lifestyle, which is easier said than done. We need to try and get as much stress as possible out of our

lives right now, which again, is WAY easier said than done. We are pretty much taking things a day at a time

(sometimes even just an hour at a time), and praying A LOT. We have never had to rely on God so much before.

This of course, puts great stress on a marriage, but we are working together to fight the health

issues, even though we often have different opinions than each other, and the doctors. So, if

you are reading this, and the praying type, we would appreciate ANY and ALL prayers. Thanks.

The sun was nice and warm

This was Pete's lunch, fish and shrimp....YUMMY!

I had the fish and chips with dill sauce, it was SOOOOO YUMMY!

Pete was SO happy to be out in the sun, and not stuck in bed :)

So it was sunny today, and Pete didn't want to spend the day in bed. So, he put insurance on the Maverick, and off to White Rock we went! LOL! He was medicated all day, and happy :) We had a really fun day!

~ Missed my family terribly

~ Was married for just a year, and thought I was headed for divorce
~ I was very sick and sad
~ I was learning a lot about myself
~ Prayed pretty much every day, ALL day long

Yesterday:
~ I had a Great Day!
~ Spent the afternoon with amazing friends
~ saw Edge of Darkness w/hubby
~ did a bit of laundry
~ ate way too much

Tomorrow:
~ I will hopefully not be as nauseated as today
~ Will maybe go for coffee with a friend
~ do laundry

I have not posted in forever, sorry. Christmas, health issues in the family, and pretty much life, got in the way. Will be posting more often now, I promise. Just wanted to let you know we are still here...LOL!

Our newest family member........Jessey!

We got her from the flea market. There was a guy there, GIVING kittens away, since he had too many. There is nothing wrong with the kittens, he just had too many. I got to name PJ, so Pete named this little girl, Jessey (after his daughter). PJ and Jessey have been trying for the last hour or so, to get to know each other. Clearly, this is going to take time.
They have both been hissing and growling at each other, but I'm sure that soon enough, they will be friends....they just need some time :)

For Halloween this year, we decided to "stay in". Which meant, going over to the neighbors, for food and fun!
